The reaction mixture was filtered and the solid washed with ethyl acetate. The organic was concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by silica column chromatography (eluant dichloromethane/methanol/ammonia 95/5/0.5) to afford the title compound (464mg).MS (ESI) m/z 401.1 [M+H]+
