The pH odf the mixture was adjusted to ~ 6 using 2N HC1. Cooled at 4 C and the solids were collected by filtration, washed by water to give the sticky fine crude product. The crude product was dissolved into DCM/MeOH(2ml/2ml), dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated. The crude product was purified on column (0-10% MeOH in DCM) to give the desired product as yellow solids (103 mg, 34% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-de) delta 11.32 (br, 1H), 10.49 (br, 1H), 8.93 (s, 1H), 8.12 (s, 1H), 7.36 (d, J = 8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.10 (d, J = 8.8 Etazeta,IotaEta), 7.00 (d, J = 9.2 Hz, 2H), 6.86 (t, J = 7.6 Hz, 1H), 6.21 (s, 1H), 3.80 (br, 2H), 3.55 (br, 2H), 3.10 (m, 6H), 2.39 (s, 3H), 1.28 (t, J=7.2Hz, 3H); ESI-MS: calcd for (C26H27F3N60) 496, found 497 (MH+)., 115619-01-7
