Intermediate 9 (3.0 g, 0.89 mmol) in NMP (15 mL) was treated with 1-acetyl- piperazine (2.8 g, 22 mmol) and DIPEA (5.7 g, 44 mmol) and heated in a sealed tube at 140C for 72 h. The reaction mixture was cooled to r.t. and diluted with ethyl acetate/ water. The organic phase was washed (water, brine), dried (phase separation cartridge) and evaporated in vacuo.
