General procedure: A mixture of compound 10b (137mg, 0.4mmol) and 3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline (70mg, 0.48mmol) in isopropanol (6mL) was stirred for 12h. After cooled to room temperature, the mixture was filtered and washed with chill isopropanol (3mL) and the residue was treated with aqueous NaHCO3 (10mL) and extracted with EtOAc/MeOH (20:1, 20mL). The organic layer was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, and concentrated under reduced pressure. Purified by silica-gel column chromatography (DCM/MeOH, 100/1), Rf=0.23.
