A solution of the product of EXAMPLE 5E (300 mg, 1.4 mmol), 2-methoxy-4-(4- methylpiperazin-l -yl)aniline (338 mg, 1 .53 mmol) and triethylamine (421 mg, 4.1 7 mmol) in 1 ,4-dioxane (30 mL) was stirred at 105C under nitrogen for 12 hours. The solvent was removed under vacuum and the residue was washed with sodium bicarbonate solution and ethanol.
