After being cooled to rt, the mixture was diluted with water (50 mL) and extracted with EA (80 mL). The organic layer was washed with water and brine, dried over anhydrous Na2S04, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (eluting with DCM/MeOH=10/l, v:v) to give 1-tert-butyl 2-methyl 4-[2-fluoro-6-(5-methyl-2-pyrimidin-2-yl-7,8-dihydro-5H- pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-6-yl)-4-pyridyl]piperazine-1,2-dicarboxylate (282 mg) as a red oil., 129799-15-1
