to a solution of HSD1251 (50 mg, 0.18 mmol) in DMF (2.5 mL) was added 4-((4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline (0.19 mmol), HATU (0.18 mmol), and DIPEA (0.39 mmol). Reaction was continued for 12 h at room temperature and monitored by TLC. After completion, reaction mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate and washed with brine solution and dried over Na2S04.
