(5-chloro-2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)(4-methyl-2-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)methanone (11j) Compound 18 (0.20 g, 1.05 mmol), 1-methyl-3-phenylpiperazine (0.28 g, 1.58 mmol), 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) (0.40 g, 2.10 mmol), 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (0.14 g, 1.05 mmol) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.19 mL, 1.05 mmol) were dissolved in 4 ml of DMF and stirred at 120¡ã C. for 3 hours under a microwave irradiation (Biotage Initiator). The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate and the organic layer was washed with 1 N HCl solution. It was dried over Na2SO4, concentrated under pressure and purified by MPLC to obtain Compound 11j in a yield of 23percent. Rf=0.21 (8:2 ethyl acetate:hexane). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) delta 7.46 (d, J=4.4 Hz, 2H), 7.37 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 7.2 Hz, 2H), 7.27 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 6.8 Hz, 1H), 7.17 (s, 1H), 6.61 (s, 1H), 5.58 (s, 1H), 4.24 (s, 1H), 3.24 (d, J=12.0 Hz, 1H), 3.22 (t, J=12.4 Hz, 10.4 Hz, 1H), 2.81 (d, J=10.8 Hz, 1H), 2.50 (dd, J=12.0 Hz, 4.0 Hz, 1H), 2.32 (s, 3H), 2.21-2.14 (m, 1H).
