The collected material was purified by silica gel column chromatography (10% MeOH in CH2Cl2), followed by trituration with 1:1 hexane/acetone to yield the title compound (103 mg, 79%) as a yellow solid: m.p. 194-199 C.; MS m/z 342.2 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6): delta 8.80 (1H, s), 7.75 (1H, d, J=9 Hz), 7.32 (1H, m), 7.06 (1H, dd, J=9 Hz, 2.5 Hz), 6.91 (1H, d, J=2.5 Hz), 3.88 (2H, t, J=11 Hz), 2.96 (1H, d, J=12 Hz), 2.81 (1H, td, J=12 Hz, 3 Hz), 2.72 (2H, m), 2.45 (4H, m), 2.36 (1H, br s), 1.04 (3H, d, J=6.5 Hz).
